Get Help

We’re happy to be a listening ear, provide information to help with questions you might have, and connect people with care in their local community or online. We do not tell people what to do or push them to take a specific course of action, unless we’re really concerned about your safety at this very moment. That could look like:

  • Supporting you with getting something off your chest in this present moment. We aren’t the best resource to help with ongoing support or processing difficult emotions or traumatic experiences, but we can try our best to help you find resources that can.
  • Sharing information about treatment and support options, from our funded healthcare system like hospitals and some community programs, to some free options like peer support or online groups, to paid options like many of the therapists or dietitians operating their own practices.
  • Providing resources for you to read about different ED experiences, coping strategies, or info to share with loved ones.
